It has been ten years since Jennifer Aniston split from Brad Pitt and he started dating Angelina Jolie and much has been made of the women's supposed rivalry.
However, it seems that any bad feeling that existed between the women has finally dissipated, at least where Aniston (45) is concerned.
Speaking on Entertainment Tonight on Friday night, hours after both she and Jolie (39) walked the red carpet at the Critics' Choice Awards, Aniston gushed about Jolie's new movie, Unbroken.
Asked about the constant reports and speculation on their rivalry, she said, "I think that's slowly coming to an end. I really do."
She continued by praising Jolie's lastest work, WWII epic Unbroken, which is based on the true story of former Olympia and POW Louis Zamperini, "I mean, that movie is so beautiful and wonderful, and she did such a gorgeous job.
"I think it's time people stop with that petty B.S. and just start celebrating great work and stop with the petty kind of silliness."
She added: "It's just tiresome and old. It's like an old leather shoe. Let's buy a new pair of shiny shoes."
Aniston is poised to marry her current beau, actor Justin Therouc, while Jolie and Pitt are married with six children.
