Wife of Nigeria's former vice president, Titi Atiku,and Atiku Abubakar himself, had guests oooohing and aaaaaahing at their lovey dovey actions at a party heeld to celebrate Titi's 75th birthday.





They looked into each other's eyes shyly and lovingly, they held hands and danced. More beautiful, the two showed all present that they still got their romantic game very on as they cut cake together, fed each other bites of the cake as well as put cups of wine ti each other's mouth to drink as is customary at wedding receptions. Not satisfied, Titi crooned into her better half, Atiku s ears that he did not seal the exchsnge with a kiss and promptly, Atiku bent and locked lips with his fair damsel. 






And what a damsel she is. Looking spry, bubbly and very beautiful at 75! No wonder Wazirin could not take his eyes off her. 

 "I couldn't have married a better wife... Titi tolerated my shortcomings. I married two, three, four, she tolerated me," Atiku said, to loud applause. He commended her for being very patient with him in over 50 years and counting that they have been married. 


Both met as young livers in Its, Ohun state. Tutu grew up in Lagos Island though with ancestral roots from Ilesha.  Facing staunch resistance from their parents  became Atiku is a Muslim northerner whereas Titi is s a Yoruba Christian, both eloped. They held a civil marriage with no family or friends in attendance. 

Despite all these, they remain married after 50 years and from the look of it, the flame of their love happy birthday. e keeps waxing strong.
