Solange and the Carters Make Up
Beyonce, Jay Z and Solange recently released a joint statement to address the now infamous quarell they had in an elevator. The release of the video sparked a wild flurry of speculation and conspiracy theories. well, now the parties involved have patched up.
"As a result of the public release of the elevator security footage from Monday, May 5th, there has been a great deal of speculation about what triggered the unfortunate incident. But the most important thing is that our family has worked through it,' they said in a statement.
Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred. They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologized to each other and we have moved forward as a united family."
It marks nearly the first time ever the family will comment on a personal incident. the development follows a series of news articles in the global media.
After a night performance on same Thursday night in New York, Solange flew to New Orleans where she now resides with Alan Ferguson, a song movie director and her boyfriend.
