Top Nollywood actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo is very miffed.
His anger stems from rumour claiming he has decamped from Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives' Congress (APC) following the latter's victory at the presidential polls recently. A gale of defections from PDP to APC commenced after this development undoubtedly leading to speculations that RMD, as he is mostly called, has dumped PDP for APC.
The rumour got rife following the visit of Olorogun O'tega Emerhor to his country home. The actor and politician said there is nothing to the visit and denounced the report. He also reaffirmed his membership and loyalty to PDP.
He says if he has any information to the contrary, he will be the first source for such revelations. For now,he enjoins all that he is still a PDP member.
