BREAKING: Supreme Court delivers surprising judgment on Fayose eligibility
The Supreme Court has delivered its ruling on the suit brought before it by the All Progressives' Congress (APC) over the eligibility of the Ekiti governor, Ayo Fayose, to contest the June 2014 gubernatorial election in the state because of circumstances surrounding his earlier 2006 impeachment.The court dismissed APC's prayers and upheld Fayose's eligibility for the polls.
