Popular Vlogger Released on Bail (Entertainment )
A controversial vlogger, earlier arrested today has been released on bail. He was picked up on the orders of CP Igwe, the FCT Police commissioner.
According to the commissioner of Police FCT command, the man has been granted bail in a power play which spanned yesterday.
Sources claim that some quiet but influential persons were connected with the vlogger's latest arrest.This development arose following a chain of events following a wedding ceremony. Afterwards, the vligger remained unbowed and refused to apologise to these powerful people connected to his latest views.
It all started on the evening of June 25, the day of #Chivido2024 as the lavish wedding of Afrobeats singer Davido and Chioma was dubbed, held. The vlogger attended the event in the company of Victor Osimhen, the Nigerian ace football player, who picked him up.

After the occasion, he posted a video calling out Iyabo Ojo who earlier posted a video about how the traffic was delaying her timely arrival at the ceremony. He lambasted her for clout chasing because he said Iyabo was not invited to the main wedding events comprising the traditional and church nuptials which earlier held that day which Iyabo said she was enroute to, but merely to the dance after party. He also mocked actress Nkechi Blessing, who also came uninvited and was almost turned back.

Though the vligger did not mention specific names, he also mocked social media influencers and skit makers who attended but were not invited to the main ceremonies too, apart from a very few which include him. He said majority of them of them gatecrashed even, the after party to stay relevant.
Paul Okoye, aka, Paulo, Iyabo's lover joined in first and called out all his mutual acquaintances with the vkigger to choose between him and the vlogger, indicating his preference for them to severe ties with the vlogger. Undaunted, the vlogger told him off.
When a popular billionaire made a post cautioning bloggers to stop making stars out of people uneccesarily, the vlogger saw that as a shade aimed at him and responded by posting the video in which Iyabo roundly insulted his mom, asking if the billionaire can take such insult to the memory of his late mom, whereas his own mom is still living. He vowed never to stop attacking Iyabo as a result.
More celebrities joined in the fray. Olamide, another noted Afrobeats singer, scolded the vkigger on X; Blord insulted his father for not being rich to have left an inheritance for the vlogger thereby letting poverty mess his brain up and so on.
Yesterday, a blogger who has been a friend to the vlogger for a long period prevailed on VDM to apologise to Obi Cubana. "I'll rather die," he responded.
This morning, he was arrested.
