Do you agree with CNN's ranking of Lagos, Nigeria on its 2015 Most Liveable cities?

CNN has come again. With indices like safety and stability in the mix, the news corporation adjudged Lagos, Nigeria, the pulsing city that never blinks on the West African coast, the 137th liveable city in the whole; a step behind violence-riddled Tripoli, Libya and three points away from terrorist IS's ravaged Damascus, Syria. If the cable television also focuses on Lagos' posh and esclusive neighbourhoods and not just the ghettoes, it would have discovered that yeah, cleanliness may be an issue in FEW parts of the city just like it is in New York's Harlem and Brooklyn and its transport infrastructure may be hellish at times but I guarantee it is safer than New York on all levels. And, Lagos certainly does not not merit being ranked among the lowest countries in the world which are war zones. I am biased. I know. BUt, Boko Haram is to the north folks. Anyway, what do you think? Least five liveable: 136. Tripoli, Libya 137. Lagos, Nigeria 138. Port Moresby, PNG 139. Dhaka, Bangladesh 140. Damascus, Syria Meanwhile, top five most liveable: 1. Melbourne, Australia 2. Vienna, Austria 3. Vancouver, Canada 4. Toronto, Canada 5. Adelaide, Australia 5. Calgary, Canada
