Former Eagles captain and Bolton Fc legend JJ Okocha has been appointed as the ned Delta State Football Association Chairman.
Eagles most famous number 10 had perfomed well in the EPL for Bolton after coming from French side PSG.

He won the polls and defeated Evans Agbo by 26 votes to 1.
Okocha had before been the vice-chairman before now.
Okocha had won the Atlanta 1996 olympic gold and also the 1994 AFCON title with the Eagles under the captain, Big Boss Stephen Keshi.
