Ambode mourns Fernadenz's death

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, on Wednesday, expressed sadness over the death of one of Nigeria’s prominent business mogul and diplomat, Chief Antonio Oladeinde Fernandez.
He passed on at the age of 79, on Tuesday in Brussels, Belgium, following an undisclosed illness.
Ambode, in a condolence message signed by his Chef Press Secretary, Mr. Habib Aruna, described the deceased as a bureaucrat and experienced diplomat, who served the African continent well during his life time.
The Governor also paid glowing tribute to the business tycoon, whom he said offered himself for service to ensure the unity of the nation, adding that he would remain a true hero of the country.
