WhatsApp Prepares To Leave Nigeria (Business)


WhatsApp, Meta's leading messaging platform, looks set to suspend its services in Nigeria due to worsening tensions with Nigerian authorities and consumer protection authority.


This potential move follows the imposition of a $220 million fine on Meta Platforms for allegedly breaching data privacy laws.
