Why Trump Removed Sitting President To The US (Foreign)
The United States of America's Special Forces dragged out President Nicolas Maduro and his wife out of their bedroom in the early hours of today, January 3, 2026.
Promptly, they were forcefully taken aboard a US plane and flown to the US against their will.

This is too brazen, a gross abuse of power akin to brutal dictatorships and military coups.
This is a sitting president of Venezuela. He ideally has immunity until he leaves office, at least that's what democracy preaches. So, this violates democracy that the US often depends.
Besides, US violated the territorial sovereignty of Venezuela with this disgustingly audacious attack. For US air forces to invade the country's airspaces with ni warning to carry this out is deeply troubling for the future of democratic governance in evolving democracies.
For supposed arms and drug trade, US did this? Methinks it would have v6for something fundamentally heinous like nuclear weapons as staged with Saddam Hussein of Iraq and kuvya's Muammar Ghadaffi. Both leaders were arrested and killed by the US for weapons of mass destruction it later came out that they did not possess.
President Trump of US spoke an hour ago, disclosing that America will "run" Venezuela "indefinitely". Till such a time America seems it fit to install another leader.
He also said American oil companies will now have access to Venezuela's massive oil reserves. At 304 billion, Venezuela has the world's largest oil reserves.
Now we know why Trump launched this operation. Maduro led a now-growing trend where dollar is no longer the only currency of oil trade. Other super powers have followed to buy it's oil with their currencies, especially China. China's yuan has been continuously used to buy oil. Iran followed suit.
Unsatisfied with the belittling of US dollar and the attendant decrease in value of the dollar, Trump trumped up charges against Maduro to remove him from the scene in the crudest way ever.
Maduro will be atraigned in a New York court on Monday.
It is a dark day for democracy, sovereignty of nations and good leadership.
