UPDATE: NY Ebola Patient's Contracted disease in Guinea

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio hold a news conference said the patient is Dr. Craig Spencer who tested positive for the Ebola virus and is in isolation at Bellevue Hospital.
They have   in custody our people who had contact with Spencer including his girlfriend. It is unclear how many people who he interacted with at a bowling game on Wednesday night.
Neighbours at his apartment block have been told not be hysterical because the virus would not infect them as they had no physical contact with his bodily fluid.
Spencer quarantined himself at his home and then called 911.
