President Buhari's Only Son Joins Politics, Contests 2027 election (Politics)

Yusuf Buhari is the only son of late President Muhammadu Buhari who was incumbent President Tinubu's predecessor in office.

Throughout the eight years of his father's rule, he kept a low profile. The only time he hit national news was when he had a near- fatal motorcycle crash with his power bike and spent considerably long hospitalizations in Nigeria and abroad.

Now, je is set to step out from the shadows into the limelight fully. After wide consultations, Yusuf just informed stakeholders of his interest in contesting the House of Representatives seat for Sandamu/Daura/Mai’Adua constituency in Katsins state under the riling All Progressives Congress (APC).
