US Starts Deportation of Green Card Holders (Foreign)


 "The Trump Administration will not allow our country to become a home for foreign nationals who support anti-American terrorist regimes." This quote by US Secretary of State, Marco Rubio,  pointedly underscores the policy objective of  the Trump administration's immigration plan currently being carried out especially , against nationals of what US calls hostile nations or family of the rulers of such nations living in the US.

Rubio stated this in reference to his action towards Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter. Both were green card holders living "lavishly in the United States."

How is that a problem? Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani, K1lled during the recent strikes against Iran. According to Rubio, she is also a vocal supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and "referred to our country as the 'Great Satan'."

So, "this week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter's legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States."

That now looks like the standard operating procedure for certain citizens of nations which are not friendly with America, who hail from ruling families of leaders of such nations and who are found to have openly been on the frontline in criticizing the US. Added these are convicted criminals after serving US jail terms. 

Even if such have permanent residency like Afshar or even, holding an American passport, these legal and citizenship rights could be revoked.

And, it has started.
