INEC said reports of the presidential and national assembly elections latest by 48 hours after final polls' collation.

IMO- Ballots were snatched in some areas. Journalists are barred from votes' collation areas.

RIVERS - Governor Rotimi Amaechi refused to vote, Saturday, because there were no INEC polling sheets.
Violence broke out in some areas of the state as thousands trooped to the streets over allegations that PDP manipulated the presidential and national assembly elections were grossly manipulated.
International observers noted the seals on electoral boxes were broken , voters' intimidation, non conduct of elections in many areas among others were rampant.
Also, the office of the opposition APC in the state was bombed.
Chibudom Wike, PDP's gubernatorial candidate in Rivers denied these allegations and accused the APC of conniving with international observers to produce flawed verdict on the elections. But, Dakuku Peterside, gubernatorial candidate of APC affirmed the observations, denied Qike's accusation and stated his party's lodgement of a formal protest with INEC asking for a fresh conduct of the election.

In most polling booths, the card readers malfunctioned forcing electoral officers to resort to manual voting. Moreover, INEC officials arrived very late for the polls forcing late conduct of elections  or postponement till the next day. A polling unit on Tokunbo Macaulay, Magodo, Lagos, concluded voting after 2 a.m. while that located on Emmanuel Keshi had to wait till the next day to vote.
