No Space? You Still Can Start Growing Vegetables For Consumption (Nutrition & Health)

Fed up with the scarcity of fresh, NATURAL vegetables and desiring to grow your healthy version but you're living in the city with no space for gardening, or  your compound is spacious enough but it is cemented or paved?

Then, this is for you.

Just get some cement blocks. Arrange the blocks to form a big rectangle, as big as you want it, then fill in the space in-between with good arable sand up to the height of the blocks. That's the good dark-coloured sand from farmlands or rain forests not from your street, building sites or beaches.

Let the sand be stomped on so that it becomes very thick. Arrange blocks in the sand-filled space, careful to leave space by the edges of the foundation rectangle. This is to enable sunlight in.  Fill the eyes of the blocks with sand and allow it all to set for a few days.

Now, during the height of the rainy season is the best timing because once it experiences rainfall, you're good to go  If not, wet it with water for some days.

Get those seeds! It's now ready for planting those tasty and nutritious vegetables like ugwu, ewedu, efo, spinach, bitter leaf, etc for consumption.
