Why We Accept N70k Minimum Wage - NLC (Economy)

The National Executive Committe of the Joe Ajaero-led Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) just gave reasons why it accepted the N70,000 minimum wage, a far cry from it's earlier N600,000 demand.

The NEC-in-session determined to accept the amount due to the economic challenges on ground in the country which in the final analysis, Labour doesn't want to aggravate further.

However, it demands compliance from all stakeholders uom it's passage into an act by the national assembly.
