Hidden Messages in Rema's Attire As He Introduced Elumelu To Asap Rocky In US (Entertainment)

Billionaire Tony Elumelu of the UBA Group met Nigerian Afrobeats singer Rema over the weekend in the US. As they beaned and laughed and exchanged pleasantries, Rema beckoned on a star hovering nearby. Asap Rocky, American rap artiste. Asap and Elumelu hugged, exchanged pleasantries, back slapped each other and posed for photographs with Tema, of course.

A closer observation of the pictures revealed that they met at a swanky hotel most likely to be a five star hotel, judging by the decor.

It was not a prolonged meeting, but a brief meet up; the teacup and saucer visible in some images make that plain.

From that, the meet up occurred in the morning. Hardly would anyone drink tea in the afternoon and evening in the United States, when it's not UK or Asia. Those ones can drink hot steaming tea even in hot sun.

The three people gathered here are bl@ck. Elumelu and Asap are dressed casually. But, Rema is all smartly suited. That looks like the first time ever that the world is like seeing Rema in one.

Now, why the suit when his companions are dressed down? First, maybe Rema had a business meeting at the hotel. Secondly, he probably is featured in Asap's new album and they're shooting a musical video. Thirdly, the hotel is so swanky and high class that Rema feared he might be denied entry if he's not in a suit.

Some hotels operate that principle. There have be times when celebrate denied entry from entering designer stores, hotels especially its restaurants .because of the way a guest is dressed. Serena Williams faced that with a French restaurant in Paris. Oprah Winfrey suffered same date at a hernes stir in same Paris.Many maintain that strict dress code.

Since he is wearing dreadlocks which is an edgy, street, rough look, Rema might have decided to tone that down with a suit to avoid such unpleasantness.
