US Rapper Rick Ross Wants Burna, Fela, Safe & Bob Marley. (Entertainment)

All of us have wishes. We sit or lay down and let our imaginative thoughts roam.

Underpinning every wish is a desire for something positively better than what we have.

Its actualization is another matter entirely. Some push and push and still keep pushing to attain that wish and keep it, while some just lay idle and keep it at the level of mere wishes. But, truth be told, if we all have our way to actualize our wishes, no one would work kard. But, no way. Like that adage, "if wishes were horses, beggars will ride."

Now, this American star has revealed his wishes. In a live stream, he reeled the names of artistes he would love to collaborate with. Two are musical greats, but they are deceased. One is very much alive and licking it, he's  at the top of their musical superstardom and the other is a living legend from the 80s. The last two have Nigerian blood.

Yes. American rap star Rick Ross said, “If I had a dream collaboration right now, it would be Rick Ross, Bob Marley, Fela Kuti and Burna Boy. Imagine such a record. To me, that’s king-level. That’s next level."

Ross specifically mentioned also if possible, he would also love to include Sade in such album: “I am the boss but I don’t know if I could get Sade to collaborate with me. I will put that on the wish list. I love Sade. Salute queen”.

Now, to write his name properly as the great Abami Eda himself spelt it and insisted, he was Fela Anikulapo Kuti. That said, Rick, I'm certain that though Abami Eda transitioned 29 years ago, it is not a bartier. With the payment of the right royalty, the estate of the legend can give you rights to sample any track you desire.

Just like with Bob Marley. The reggae icon has an equally  functional and savvy estate that make your dream happen. You saw what Lauryn Hill did with "Turn Your Lights Down Low" that was a Bob Marley original? That, was done years after the passing of her then father in law.

Now, with Burna Boy, that is fireworks in the making. With his vocals, talent and artistry, it is a sure bet that a duet between you superstars will be epic.

Rick, I know you know all these, so what's stopping you? Now that you have whet our appetites with this tease, do not keep it at wish level. Make it happen.
